ProfileLoop is an AI resume and proposal generator. We believe you should understand exactly what happens to your professional information when you use our product.
AI features
ProfileLoop uses AI to help ingest professional profiles, tailor resumes for specific roles, and draft freelance proposals from job briefs. AI processing is performed via the OpenAI API under a data processing agreement.
Your content is sent to AI only when you trigger an AI feature (for example, generating a resume or proposal). We do not use your data to train public AI models.

Your profiles, resumes, and proposals are stored securely in Supabase. Authentication uses industry-standard session cookies. The application is hosted on DigitalOcean with TLS encryption in transit.

Traffic to profileloop.ai passes through Cloudflare, which provides aggregated edge statistics (requests, top pages, countries, referrers). This does not use advertising cookies or client-side tracking scripts on our site. We do not use cross-site tracking.

- Does ProfileLoop train AI models on my data?
- No. ProfileLoop uses the OpenAI API under a data processing agreement. Your content is not used to train OpenAI's public models.
- Where is my data stored?
- Application data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL and file storage). The app is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States.
- Can I delete my account and data?
- Yes. You can request permanent account deletion at profileloop.ai/legal/delete-account.
